Odd thing was, on record Microsoft had me as the owner of the PIN but it would not work. Even had one of Microsofts support people try via remote connection. Nothing worked, only when Choose the option to renew with a prepaid PIN or token which is the retail product key. Enter the 25 character key and proceed.
